In short
This website sets no cookies. It has no analytics, advertising, tracking or social media tools, and no embedded maps or videos. The only thing it stores on your device is your answer to our cookie question, so we do not ask you on every page. That is strictly necessary and is allowed under Regulation 5(5) of the European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 336 of 2011).

Accept and Reject make no difference to how the site works today, because we use no optional cookies. If we ever add an optional cookie or tool (for example, visitor statistics), we will list it here and it will only be used if you choose Accept. Until then, choosing Accept switches nothing on.
Other services
- Our host, Cloudflare Pages. When we checked on 19 October 2026, our host set no cookies on this website. If Cloudflare ever needs to protect the site from an attack, it may set a short-lived security cookie such as
__cf_bm. That would be strictly necessary for security, and we would list it here. - Instant quote tool. When you use it, your browser asks place-search and route services (Photon, OSRM, postcodes.io and Nominatim) to find places and work out distances. These requests are made without cookies, and those services do not set cookies through our website. See section 4 of our Privacy policy.
- Fonts. Our fonts are stored on our own website. No font service is contacted.
- WhatsApp. The "WhatsApp us" button is a plain link to WhatsApp. Nothing loads from WhatsApp until you tap it. Once you are on WhatsApp's website or app, WhatsApp's own privacy policy and cookie rules apply.
